The founding members of MNO have served many years in their capacity as ex-Partners in one of the big 4 global Auditing and Consulting firms, as such they have extensive experience in their respective fields of play having served major clients in different industries - both in the private and public sectors. We further complement our experience through collaborations, this allows us to expand our capacity and capability across geographies and industry sectors.

MNO LEADERSHIP Team
Johanna is an experienced Leader with expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance, People Leadership and IT Risk Advisory. Johanna has 33 years professional experience 21years of which has been at Senior Leadership level for large companies both local and multinational. Johanna has a passion for excellence in client service, leading people with integrity and respect and for finding innovative solutions to solve clients' challenges.
Edward has over 30 years experience as a consultant, 27 of these gained working for a big 4 firm. His qualifications include CA(SA), CPA(K) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). He is also a holder of a MBA from the Manchester Business School. His experience cuts across external audit and risk advisory. Edward is passionate about coaching and mentoring staff.
